Kevin Martin - SCWXA Meteorologist In Charge / Owner / - Deals with issuing official watches, warnings, advisories, or statements in the Southern California area, and updating the meteorological forecast discussion for the entire region. Martin is the authority of the Thunderstorm Prediction Center (TPC) on the website and issues thunderstorm outlooks with 2-day forecasts. These forecasts are relayed from the SCWXA forecasters in convective outlooks.
